1. SMS Permission

To assess your credit, manage risks, and prevent fraud, PocketLoan will collect your SMS records and transmit and store this information through our server (https://www.maximerge.finance), including sender, date, and content. SMS data that is not useful for financial risk analysis will be filtered out and deleted, and will not be stored.

We are committed to not sharing your content with third parties, strictly following applicable laws, regulations, and privacy policies to safeguard the security of your personal data.

You have the right to deny access to SMS permissions, although this may affect your full loan service experience. You can enable or disable these permissions in the settings at any time.

2. Approximate Location Permission

We only collect approximate location information from your device to reduce account-related risks and enhance data security. All transactions are protected with 128-bit SSL encryption.

3. Camera Permission

We request access to your camera so you can take photos of your ID and face, and upload them to our platform to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification required for loan services.

We do not have access to the photos or videos stored on your device.

Camera access requires your consent; if permission is not granted, you will not be able to take or update images.

4. Emergency Contacts

We only collect information for two emergency contacts, including their relationship, name, and phone number. This information is used solely to verify the borrower’s identity, assess eligibility, and conduct risk analysis and fraud prevention.

The automatic option is a convenient method that allows you to select specific contacts and quickly upload their information to our app. It’s important to note that this method only collects information from contacts you explicitly choose and does not access your entire contact list.

We will never share your data with third parties without your permission. Your information will be securely transmitted and stored on our servers via an HTTPS connection.

5. Installed Apps

We collect information about the apps installed on your device, but only transmit and store data related to specific financial apps. The collected data includes whether it is a built-in system app, the app name, version code, first installation date, and last update date.

This data is used to identify and analyze behavioral risks, helping us prevent fraud and protect the security of our accounts and funds. We do not transmit or store data related to non-financial apps.

6. Device Information

To protect users’ privacy and take responsibility for their data, we offer the option to delete accounts on our APP and website (https://www.maximerge.finance). Once deleted, you will no longer be able to use our services, and the data cannot be recovered.

If the status of your order is in application, disbursement, or pending, we will not be able to delete your account; PocketLoan will continue to retain your data until your bills are settled.

Users can re-register with the same mobile number after deleting their account, but to prevent fraud, reactivation can only occur 15 days after cancellation. If a mobile number requests deletion more than 3 times, it will be prohibited from registering again.
